A digitally fluent person can decide when and why to use specific digital technologies to achieve a specific task or solve problems.
A digitally capable person can create their own digital technologies solution.
Todays last create session was tricky but i got there in the end we created a Scratch account and created our own animation type thing and that was awesome.Thanks to Kerry for the session now ill go away and experiment a little more.
